Back for a 4th Year to celebrate Fourth of July
The Peninsula Celebration Association 70th Annual Independence Day Festival takes place in downtown Redwood City. There will be entertainment, food and arts and crafts. Catch Phil Ackerly performing in the kids' entertainment area on the corner of Bradford St. and Middlefield Rd. Showtimes are 11AM; 1, 2 and 3PM. Go to www.parade.org, or call 408.246.8422 for more info. The event runs from 9AM to 5PM. Big Parade starts at 10AM.
