Phil is back for the 15th year providing the entertainment at City of Santa Clara's Arbor Day celebration from 9AM-12 Noon. Kids in grades K-5 will be there to learn about trees, conservation and making a difference in their community. City officials are expecting more than #800 in attendance. Event is held at the Triton Museum in Santa Clara.
